Pipeline Painting

Harp & Associates Inc. offers regulator station sand blasting, priming, and painting.

We take all the necessary steps to ensure the best results for a smooth, clean surface and even finish.

Below is an outline of our process:

    1. All fittings and flanges are taped to protect when sandblasting the pipeline.

    2. Pipelines are pressure washed using a high-pressure washing system to clean all areas and prep for blasting.

    3. Areas are then sandblasted to create a smooth and clean surface by forcing solid particles across the surface at high speeds. This provides an even finish to ensure the best results.

    4. Apply Kem Kromic Universal Metal Primer with an Industrial Enamel High-Performance topcoat finish costing.
